March Madness On Demand

So I'm not gonna lie, there was one thing that I was gonna really miss by coming to Barcelona in the Spring. While being around for football season definitely outweighed, I was still really sad about missing the basketball season especially march madness. However the excitement of this week was seeing that this year for the first time you can watch every game from the 2008 ncaa division I men's basketball championship streaming online for FREE. The championship tournament begins March 20 and Selection Sunday is in just 5 days and 20 hours. I still don't really know how the whole thing will work out over here, with the less than agreeable internet, but I am definitely going to try my best to catch some of the games. It will make my day if it works. If not it will be back to watching updates on gametracker which just so happens to be the bane of my existence. But at any rate, this would be the time of the semester I get a little home sick, wanting to be chilling on the couch with some good American food watching the tournament. And I'm excited that Clemson has finally found their way back into the tournament looking at about 6th seed. So hopefully in a few weeks I will be watching the Tigers and the Tar Heels rock the NCAA.
